Public DISC Workshops

Hendrickson Business Advisors is partnering with Dr. Darcy Lilley to hold two public DISC workshops in Cape Girardeau. DISC is the leading personal assessment tool used by over 1 million people every year to improve work productivity, teamwork, and communication. One workshop is tailored for individuals in a leadership role and the other is for sales professionals. Participants will learn their DISC profile, how to identify the profile of others, and to use it to communicate more effectively.

For Leaders

Learn your personal DISC profile and how to identify that of others. You will discover how your DISC impacts your leadership style, how your team perceives you, and how to best lead and motivate people of other DISC styles.

 

You will leave with an actionable plan to take your leadership to the next level. You will be able to quickly identify the DISC style of your team, know how to tailor your leadership approach to best serve them, and get results.


You’ll learn:

  • How your team may perceive you, your communication style, and decision-making style.
  • Your personal strengths and motivators.
  • Identify an aspect of your communication style that is least comfortable, the impact it has in the leading/managing of your team, and create an action plan for results.
  • How to successfully communicate with people of each personality type.

  • What to do (and not do) to improve your success as a leader. 
  • How to identify others’ personality styles.
  • How to develop a successful relationship with people of each personality type at all levels of your organization.
  • Develop a personal action plan on what to start doing, what to stop doing, and what to continue doing to give you the leadership edge.
